Callum is an absolute car software wizard! I was in a fairly desperate situation with my VW Passat and after an hour in the hands of Pro Tuning it was completely sorted. The workshop is impressive, as clean as a main dealership, and all aspects of the service is professional. It’s not cheap, but then he competes on outcomes, not price, and my outcome was a fully working car again.

I had my Audi A1 remapped by Callum recently and the difference is amazing. Better acceleration, more torque and now averaging almost 60mpg on a long run, 45–50mpg around town. Throttle and turbo response so much better.

Reached out to Callum on email to ask about some upgrades for my Audi S4, told him what I wanted and he recommended the right parts for the job. He even took the time to expand on what I could possibly do in the future if I needed it as well as the cost vs benefit comparison. I had my exhaust and air intake upgraded on this occasion. Callum fitted a cat-back Milltek system which gives the exact sound I was after. He even took the time to show me the stock pipes afterwards and explain where I’ll benefit from the new one vs the old.

Great experience with tuning my 4.4 TDV8 L322. The car feels much more responsive and seems to be more economical. Given the extra power I may be driving like a hooligan, so will be difficult to confirm. Callum knows his onions and I would highly recommend.

Great service. Completed the job on my Defender 110 in the specified time. Pro Tuning were very knowledgeable in respect of old Defenders, which is very relevant.
